忘れんWatchで実際に取り扱う情報と削除方法を説明します。This page explains the information Wasuren Watch actually processes and how it can be deleted.
端末内の情報
専用Bluetooth接続状態、警戒・通知・音設定、接続先識別情報、法務同意の版・UTC同意日時・言語・アプリ識別子を、接続監視と警報のために使用します。
追加通信で扱う情報
利用者が追加通信を有効にした場合だけ、署名済みApp Store購入情報、確認済み電話番号、番号確認状態、APNsトークン、切断・再接続時刻、事故ID、通話状態、最終接続時刻を、購入確認、遠隔通知、履歴、電話警報、不正利用防止のため処理します。
使用しない情報
位置、写真、健康情報、広告識別子、RSSI、距離、GPS、UWB、カメラ、マイクは使用しません。連絡先は警報番号の追加を利用者が選んだ場合だけ端末上で使用し、連絡先一覧を送信しません。
第三者サービス
AppleのStoreKitとAPNs、Twilioの番号確認と警報電話、Firebase Hostingの公開ページを使用し、各機能に必要な情報だけを送信します。
保存期間
未完了の番号確認情報は最大10分、回数制限用日時は最大24時間、終了した切断・通話履歴は最大12か月、App Store通知受領記録は最大24か月保存します。電話番号、最終接続時刻、通知端末は無効化または削除まで保持します。
削除・同意撤回
追加通信はアプリ内で無効化でき、対象データは「サーバーデータを削除」から削除できます。購入・無料枠の不正再利用防止に必要な最小台帳は、サービス提供中または法令上必要な期間保持します。法務同意前はBLE監視、APNs登録、権限要求、購入、追加通信、Watch監視、テスト警報を開始しません。
On-device data
The app uses the dedicated Bluetooth connection state, guard, notification and sound settings, peer identifiers, and legal-consent version, UTC time, language, and app identifier for monitoring and alerts.
Optional communications
Only after the user enables optional communications does the service process signed App Store purchase information, a verified phone number, verification state, APNs token, disconnect and reconnect times, incident ID, call state, and last connection time for purchase verification, remote alerts, history, phone alerts, and abuse prevention.
Data not used
The app does not use location, photos, health data, advertising identifiers, RSSI, distance, GPS, UWB, camera, or microphone. Contacts is used on device only when the user adds the alert number; the address book is not uploaded.
Third parties
Apple StoreKit and APNs, Twilio number verification and alert calls, and Firebase Hosting are used. Only information needed for each function is sent.
Retention
Pending number-verification data is retained up to 10 minutes, rate-limit times up to 24 hours, completed incident and call history up to 12 months, and App Store notification receipts up to 24 months. The phone number, last connection time, and notification device remain until disabled or deleted.
Deletion and withdrawal
Optional communications can be disabled in the app and eligible data can be removed with Delete Server Data. Minimum anti-reuse records remain while the service operates or as legally required. Before consent, BLE monitoring, APNs registration, permission requests, purchases, optional communications, Watch monitoring, and test alerts do not start.
